The second time you call from your home or work phone our auto dispatch system recognizes your phone number. For your convenience our computer system maintains your address and information to make your order process fast!
Our Call Ahead Service is offered as a convenience to you. Your taxi will typically arrive within 15 minutes BEFORE or AFTER your requested time. Please make sure you are ready when your cab arrives.
We cannot guarantee an exact pick-up time request because we can not predict traffic, weather or other situations that may affect the taxi arrival time. Any cab company's service availability fluctuates with high and low periods of demand. But because of our size, we have an outstanding record of providing on-time service to customers at any time of the day.
Requests that are made in advance are given priority in dispatching. To make an advance request, please call our Passenger Service Call Center at one of the numbers above.

Our taxis are equipped with computer terminals which allow our Passenger Service Agents to instantly transmit information directly to our drivers. A tracking system allows our Fleet Supervisors to track efficiency by constantly monitoring response time.
Arrival time for your taxi varies based on your pick-up location and time of the day. On an average our taxis arrive within 5 – 20 minutes for downtown St. Louis, Airport area, Clayton and West County. Other St. Louis locations may take longer but simply inquire when you place your order and we can give you an estimate. We cannot guarantee an actual pick-up time as it may fluctuate based on traffic, weather and taxi demand at any given time. If you called to order your cab on a cellphone, we will automatically send you a text message when a cab is on the way which will also include the cab number.
